1. Use of Membership card indicates acceptance of terms & conditions.
2. Hotel accepts no liabilities for errors.
3. Hotel decisions are final.
4. Card remains the property of the hotel.
5. Id required (eg. Driver's License).
6. Hotel does not accept responsibilty for losses incurred.
7. Hotel reserves the right to amend conditions or cease membership at any time.
8. Membership is only available to Australian citizens and only for persons.
9. Benefits not available in conjunction with any other offer.
10. Failure to comply with Hotel Policy may result in card being cancelled.
